>get teapot with infuser (picrel is mine)
>grind coffee or use ground coffee, it doesn't really matter
>put coffee grinds (measured to normal ratio) in infuser
>rinse the infuser in the sink (or with filtered water)
It's very important that the water is as cold as possible
>put infuser back in teapot and pour boiling water over it
>brew as you would a french press
If done correctly there are almost no fines in the coffee.
