What's your favourite way to eat a cold cut sandwich?

I usually eat mine with mayo, black pepper and a slice of american cheese + the cold cuts. Pic unrelated.

Beef > chicken > pork.
They're all good but if you ask me to choose between a meal that's mainly one of those 3, that's my order of preference.

Beef just has a nice taste and texture in itself, you literally just need salt, pepper and butter and you can achieve one of the nicest taste.

Chicken is easy to cook and fuzes with whatever flavors or cooking methods you use on it, it's versatile and cheap.

Pork is truely exceptional when cured (bacon, pancietta, ham, etc), that's where it shines the most.
