They have positive reviews on etsy so they are probably legit (in that they ship tea to you) however there is not a lot of talk out there on this site.

it may be related to Paolo "Panda" other shops: https://puerh.uk/ https://enlightenmenttea.org/ and https://ChenYuanHao.shop (only the western shop not the brand) If he is not the owner then they may know each other considering the sites share a similar theme, products , are both in the UK, and Paolo has opened multiple shops before.
He is unpopular on reddit for reasons that are not entirely clear to me. He has been accused to overcharging on obscure Taiwanese boutique puerh, simultaneously undercutting Teaswelike on cheaper well known Taiwanese stored puerh (e.g. LFPT), being too into into the woo woo side of tea (probably guilty), and possibly trying to make moves on some girl at a zen retreat or something. As far as I know he does actually ship and sell what he says he does so he is not a scammer in that regard. People don't really seem to complain about the quality of his tea they just hate him.

In KTM's defence they still have some good deals. Though overall I think they prioritize having a large selection over having only well priced teas. They do have the best selection of factory puerh out of all the western vendors. I suspect the overpriced items are more the fault of KTM's wholesalers then KTM itself.

As a heads up Paolo "panda" is a person of drama in the tea community. Supposedly he is into woo woo and conspiracy stuff and may or may not have made made inappropriate advances on a women once. This has led to numerous internet slapfights. I think he is considered to mostly ship legit tea but I have seen it said that some of his stock is overpriced and some of his cheaper teas are lost leaders to make his pricey obscure stuff look live good value. This undercutting also pissed of some TWL fans. The drama is probably why he changed his shop name multiple times. Make of this what you will. I am not saying you should not buy from him only caveat emptor.
