I did not do keto. I never heard of keto until only after I lost fat and never bothered to try it. What I did do is work out a lot and not eat anything flower based or starchy veggies plus all sugar... for the time at least.
I was presenting a bit of an explanation of why that worked.
On the topic of sauces: my local Ranch sauce (like all these sauces) is loaded with sugar
