What's the point in making yourself suffer? Eat what you want.

Just this morning, it was 54 degrees fahrenheit. I was wearing running shorts and a t-shirt. I kept shivering. Then I thought - WTF is the point? I'm not in the Infantry any more. So I put on sweats.

There is no reason to be uncomfortable if it's not necessary.
