Remember anon, healthy does not mean low calories. If you are trying to lose weight, you need to consume less calories then you burn off (CICO).

Shit like rice, avocados, peanut butter, nuts, pasta, oils (like EVO) etc, etc, have a shit ton of calories in them in small amounts. Try to find low calorie alternatives, like subbing rice for cauliflower rice (or mixing a little rice in with cauliflower rice).

Eat a lot of vegetables, you can also have fruit just chose the shit that gives you a lot of volume for the calories (like watermelon).
