Family brought back Hangikjot from Iceland. Its traditionally eaten at Yule and is lamb that has been smoked in the only thing Icelanders have to smoke it in; sheep dung.

It tastes of cigarette butts and burnt shit, it completely infected the flavour of the gravy and anything it touched.

Would recommend the normal Icelandic Lamb though, that was gorgeous
