I've got a nearly full bottle of "Beefeater" gin. Tried making gin tonic with Schwepps diet tonic but it tasted disgustingly sweet and I think I placed too much gin. (half gin, half tonic) I've done some research and apparently Q Tonic is the best tonic in the market aside from some really niche ones. Gonna hunt for that later.

Anybody got tips to enhance my gin? I usually drink rum cola or whisky with coke/guarana. I want to enjoy the gin for the taste, have no intention of getting drunk. Been thinking about buying some vermouth (if I can find some) to make martinis, but I've never tried martini before so probably not a good idea.

Just count the calories dude. I've been eating only ~1200 calories daily for 2 weeks so far, still feelin strong m9. Though I do try to eat "strategically", I favor foods that fill me. There's a Caesar salad that I order, it has lots of croutons, chicken and sauce, very delicous and amounts to 530 calories. Fills me up so well that it could be the only thing I eat that day, but I make sure to eat dinner too.

I have to meals a day and aim for them to be about 600 calories each. Lunch and dinner.

Why are there never any Joey threads? They're funny as fuck. Is Joey and Jack banned or something?
