there is no way this is 135 internal final product; that's definitely at least medium, or a better image needs to be posted so I can be corrected. with a steak this thin, you either get it done correctly, or you go without any sort of decent crust, which you potentially got the former but this image shows that you got neither

it's far better to start your steaks in a low oven if you want to cook them this way, bring them to 110-120 depending on how hot you can get your pan, and sear after they've almost come to temp. this gives you the benefit of starting with a bone-dry exterior, and more (high heat) oil should be used in the sear to get a better crust
