But, to be fair poptarts are gross I never got how kids enjoyed them...the filling is like sweet toothpaste and the crust is flavorless, I need a gallon of milk to wash it down.

The goldfish they use are just graham cookies...and they all like the rice crispy treat...cause everyone does. What's the point of eating egg whites? The yolk is literally the flavor, and if it's a health thing why not just skip eggs all together in that case? It's not like you're going to get any pleasure from the whites alone
