Yeah but, does there have to be so fucking much of it in modern food?

Doc says I got to stay 1,000 mg or less sodium a day. Do you know what that means? It means I NEVER eat out anymore. I have to cook EVERYTHING I eat using RAW ingredients EVERY FUCKING DAY. Bread and cheese are my daily allowance of salt because they can't be made without salt. I work 55 hours a goddam week. Do you know how bad I just want to open a can of Chef Boyardee and call it a meal? Or go get a McSodium burger at lunch time instead of have to pack my lunch in a little brown bag like an autistic school child?

Man, fuck salt.
