>all friends work at this one restaraunt in highschool
>shitty italian eatery/diner, run by a italijew
>eventually, i join up as a dishpig
>second night, get ordered to help prep during down time
>a fucking bag of unpeeled shrimp
>friend is told to show me how its done
>he does a few then passes it off to me
>10 minutes later i'm 90 percent done
>boss comes over and says they're not peeled correctly
>i wasn't pulling the literal line of shrimp shit from the center
>no problem, fix it and continue washing dishes
>buddy comes over and laughs with me about how he's been feeding shrimp shit to customers for a few months
