About a week ago I was visiting my mother and while i was there she made this chicken, the outside skin looked dry like how chicken can get if you leave it out too long but it was probably the best chicken I've had. So I asked her how she made it and she says they were coated in a little vegeta. Fast forward to today, I decide to make my own. Pull them out of the air fryer and they do not look like the ones I had at all, skin was very yellow compared to the dark of the original, very salty, outer texture is very rough and grainy. What did I do wrong?
