I had a science teacher in HS that was given the opportunity to go do research on glaciers that required living on location in the Arctic for half a year or so. He had been a vegetarian for 30-some years but a lot of the food they had to live on up there was canned meat. Eating that for months made him so sick he couldn't work for over a year after that and eventually retired. It was too bad, he was one of those legendary great teachers everyone hopes to get but by the time I had his class he only could show up a couple times a month.

This is $180/mo for me:
4 42oz oats = $32
20lbs rice = $9
8 bags broccoli = $48
4 tilapia = $48
4lbs fresh chicken breast = $2/lb = $32
28 bananas = $8
2 gal milk = $8
2 32ct eggs = $17

Breakfast
1 cup oats = 300 cal
2 fried eggs = 160 cal
1 banana (in oats)= 110 cal
1 cup milk = 150 cal

Lunch
8oz chicken breast = 240 cal
8oz broccoli = 30 cal
8oz cooked rice = 200 cal

Dinner
8oz tilapia = 200 cal
8oz broccoli = 30 cal
8oz cooked rice = 200 cal

Totals are 189g carbs, 1620 cals, 123g protein, 37g fat per day. I can’t find any better for the price, if someone can improve this please tell me. $0.88, 100cal, 30g protein in 1 scoop of protein powder and tastes like a chocolate milkshake. Also have some wiggle room with carbs and calories and can fill that with beer, low cal high alcohol is 2 Natural Light or 2 Becks Primer Light or some bread with each meal

i've read that oatmeal lowers your LDL without lowering your HDL, and fish has omega 3 fatty acids which lowers LDL, raises HDL, and lowers triglycerides also that fiber lowers your cholesterol. I eat oatmeal, fish and get the recommended amount of fiber every single day! What effect does this have on my surplus of cholesterol?

this hits all macros for me except a little wiggle room for carbs and calories which is a perfect hole to fit beer and looking around for a perfect with high alcohol content and low calories, i found Beck's Premier Light and Natural Ice it has just enough that i can fit 2 of either of these in each day and everything be perfect
