beechroot is amazing on a bruger. I share this with my US friends but they just don't see it. It's not something you should try to imagine, you just need to try it.

I don't much care for eggs on my burgers but beetroot is fucking amazing on a burger and should be more popular. The rest is fairly standard in terms of lettuce, pickles, etc. A lot of places don't use melty burger cheese singles (those literally only started to exist in this country in the last 10 years or so), so a lot of places use other cheeses or even a slice of tasty cheese (cheddar). Which is nice.
