shitty b8 thread, but in case you were unaware:

he just makes meals that you can "cook" while in jail. when i was in jail for like 3 months, i picked up this recipe that i still enjoy from time to time (when drunk as fuck):

>picante ramen/jalapeno cheddar cheetos/slim jim or any other kind of meat stick
>cut meat stick up, smash cheetos into dust inside the bag
>put cut up meat stick in a bowl and cover the pieces with water; put int he microwave for a minute (this releases all the grease from the meatstick and youll see it floating ont he hot water after)
>pour the cheeto dust into the meat water and stir.. put back in microwave for a mnute; take out/stir, put in for another minute. set aside.
>smash ramen noodles while in package, and pour into another bowl
>dump noodles in a bowl and then dust with the seasoning; hit the noodles with a SPLASH of water and put in the microwave for 1 min to 1:30
>take ramen out, hit the hot dry noodles with tap water JUST enough to almost cover the noodles and stir.
>ramen doesn't "blow up" and stays in individual noodles that have a bit of a bite/texture instead of mush
>pour cheeto/meatstick sauce over noodles

anyway: oatmeal, bananas, spaghetti, protein shakes, milk, peanutbutter, peanutbutter/jelly sammiches, pudding, cottage cheese, sauteed greens (spinac/kale/chard), cornbread, broccoli/cheddar soup, ice cream, any kind of puree, almost any kind of pasta noodle, rice, etc..

it's going to be shitty for a little and there's nothing you can do about it. it's like the lite version of having your wisdom teeth out, except it lasts much longer.
