No more sugars. No more starches. At all. Just for a week. Then keep in mind the body only uses 5 FIVE ! ! ! ! ! grams of carbs a day and try to keep carb intake low. Like under 30 grams a day at first and try to get lower.

Eat non processed meat, cheese, veggies. Add fat. YES, FAT. Like grass fed butter. Eat until you are full. Want sweets? Look at STEVIA sweetened stuff. Add moderate, light amounts of sea salt.
