My Favorite Potato - Twice Baked

Bake a few potato and then spoon out the inside to a bowl. Add butter, salt, sour cream, chives and bacon chunks.

Mix that up and spoon it back into a few of the skins. Then you bake them in the oven till they start to brown on top a bit. That is when you add cheese on top and then finish melting it in the oven.
