This is a good „cookie customization guide“, which helps you to adapt the basic recipe to your liking ( chewier, crispier, etc). I‘ve made cookies from that recipe before and they are really good. Keep in mind that i like the chewy ones better, so idk how the recipe holds up for crunchy ones.
