Californian wines consistently beat famous French wines in blind taste-tests among even top European professionals.

Same thing with mid-western microbrews constantly beating famous German beers in objective blind taste tests (again, even when judged by German professionals)

I'm not saying all American wine and beer is better but it's not 1930 anymore...

Europe has frequent food shortages due to lack of pasture land. The government/vegetable corporations force propaganda on European people that fruits and vegetables are more healthy than red meat and that you should eat more of those. Many people in Europe can't afford to feed their kids and use vegetables as entire meals, in some cases. The European people either believe the propaganda or pretend to online. That's why the constantly post "do Americans really eat meat every meal?" And " fruits and vegetables are more healthy" all over this board. But Americans have massive land for cattle grazing so we all grew up eating meat and that's why Americans are bigger and stronger than Europeans, on average.
