Do you guys not have a "butterknife". It's basically a flat dull ass knife that mostly just works as a spreader. Some are made with some ridges that make carving butter easier since we tend to chill our butter. I get that you could use a spoon, but it seems like enough of a PITA to warrant a better tool. Like, I could use a spoon for preserves, but fuck spreading anything harder than that with a spoon.
