Mostly just fruits, vegetables, eggs, and beer.

I filled a 5 gallon carboy with cheap frozen apple concentrate/water, half a pound of brown sugar, and a package of Nottingham yeast. I did not boil/heat the juice. I let it sit for two months and then racked.

It tastes very dry, kind of like wine. Each sip was a little different. I filled a growler from the secondary and added honey dissolved in water, drank right away. It was way more pleasent with the honey, and I was pretty drunk. Not bad for $10.

I drank a case of beer last night and stayed up to watch the sunrise. I also haven't eaten much in the past week. I don't feel great right now...kinda shaky.
