2 loafs of sourdough, one is polenta, corn oil, pepito, and rosemary; the other is toasted sesame seeds with sesame oil. I’m making a pate during the bulk rise with chicken liver and pork shoulder. Other than that I have some crispy chili and fermented long bean oil that I made to go with home made tofu that Ill be making later this week.
