Looks shit.
The za place i work at uses these big balls of ricotta that ill place on a little nest of mozzarella. Its a pain to cook cause you gotta take it out half way through and cover it in tin foil to make sure the cheese melts. Ive never had them cause i dont like eating fistfulls of cheese, but they look a hell of alot better then that trash.
