I know people who hate most seafood who can somehow love the shit out of calamari. Not that it looks all that gross to begin with.

Pic related is my contribution.
Though I personally prefer to soak the liver in some milk for a few hours, lightly roll it in seasoned flour, and then fry it in some bacon grease/buttah along with caramelized onions.
Top it with some bacon bits, and eat it with some mashed taters and gravy.
It's so damn tasty and filling, not to mention cheap.
