Stefan is the best foodtuber. I know a lot of people on here have these kinds of opinions, but who else shows you step-by-step Escoffier recipes? Who else travels to all the different regions of France showing you how rich and diverse French cuisine is? How else are you going to learn that French cuisine is no enigma but rather a small collection of techniques that makes any reader a better all-around cook?

Just start with the Boeuf Bourguignon and keep watching until you realize how fucking stupid you were until you started watching Stefan.
