I visited Finland when I was a kid a couple times and something I especially recall was smoked fish, like pic related but I think smaller, like maybe 10x10 cm. They were served on rye bread as I remember.
I love smoked fish of all kinds, and this was some of the most delicious Ive had. The Meat was like light brown and very fatty.
