Passed one about this size a couple years back, took about a week to pass it. The last three days were spent on my bathroom floor completely out of it; sweating, feverish and having hallucinations/delusions. The pain was truly transcendent and unlike anything I've experienced. After passing I pissed brown fluid for two weeks and it took nearly 6 months for the pain/burning in my peehole to subside.
