What information, that you should serve ground beef raw because in your mind it's a steak?
It's not a steak though. You can't just serve everything medium-rare. "medium-rare chicken tenders"
no you cook them to completion. does that mean it won't be juicy and delicious? depends. will you brine, marinade, wash etc., correctly?
same with a burger. it won't be dry when made right. I think you can't do it so you make them wrong.
