newfag here, need advice /ck

I want to make chocolate flavoured pretzels using what I found in my kitchen instead of buying a package, because I'm not a cuck and all that.
>heating milk to about 37 degrees celcius (to not kill of the yeast), add vanilla sugar and yeast. let it work for about 10 minutes
>add salt and softened butter
What is the best step to add the cocoa? I'm thinking about making cocoa butter, what are your thoughts for this?
