Also made another batch of tomato sauce from the garden. I let this one reduce more than the previous batch, about 7.5 hours total in the oven at 300. I immersion blended it smooth after reducing, it had a very vibrant orange color. Pic related shows the reduced sauce mixed with the reserved fresh tomatoes, much less smoothly blended. Gives a great final taste and texture.
