Ideas for how to spice half a pound of pork for a basic chinese style fried rice? In terms of relevant spices I have the following:
>chinese five spice
>ginger
>s0y sauce (fuckin filter)
>garlic cloves
>chili powder
Should I use all of them? Should I use equal amounts of the powdered spices? Should I do what I do with chicken which would basically be about a half teaspoon of five spice, ginger and a few teaspoons of s0y sauce added to the pan during frying? I'll be frying broccoli in the same pan incase that changes anything.
