Yeah I'm aware of the situation. I just thought it was funny. I waited all of 2020 without buying ethiopian greens, finally snagged a good crop, got an lb roasted, and tried the first affogato with them. Then I got percboy tears. But yeah, I usually taste the coffee I buy, roast and datalog, then experiment with the method to taste.

Finally popped open the new ethiopian. Got a few roasts done. Guy I bought it from said he was getting good berry notes at 409 so I roasted to 410 to start out with. Hopefully the melodrip gets here soon.
