2 and a half cups (idk maybe 3 ) AP flour
1 cup water
1 ts salt
2 ts instant yeast
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp brown sugar

mix salt into flour and make a "well" and sprinkle yeast into it
mix sugar into water then dump wit into the well and let sit for 5min
stir until it starts coming together then add oil
knead then place in lightly oiled bowl for 1 hour
cut into 8 pieces and make rolls place on parchment paper
brush with egg wash and sesame seeds
let rise in cool oven for another hour
pre heat oven then bake for 12 to 15 min at 450f
