I have a rancilio/rocky combination like pick related. I like to have fresh coffee, so before I make espresso, I put green coffee beans in the oven for about 10 minutes. I might invest in a coffee roaster someday, but the oven works fine for now. I generally just make a latte, it's pretty rare that I make macchiatos or cappucinos. I like to use organic grassmilk because it tastes way better than regular milk.
