Vanilla ginger granola with yogurt at breakfast. Also coffee with milk.

More leftover ham and cabbage and carrot and potato from St. Patrick's day at lunch.

Bowl of barbecued pork noodle soup on the way home because it smelled too good to pass up. Especially when it's under $5.

Eggplant, tomato and mozzarella casserole (pic related) at dinner. Also homemade sourdough. And a glass of iced oolong.
Unfortunately, I Parkinson's'ed all over it when I tried to place it on the plate so the casserole slice become an indecipherable pile of deliciousness.
