My brother’s great with barbecue but he only uses apple wood. I am so fucking sick of applewood flavor in everything he makes, why can’t he use dang mesquite for once lmao

Why are lo-carb alternatives so fucking awful? We can send a man to the moon but we can’t make carbless pasta that actually tastes remotely like pasta?

Don’t ever let kids cook. They’ll just load everything with obnoxious amounts of seasonings and can’t caramelize for shit. You may think its cute for the kids and teens to make dinner for the grownups, but just don’t, its not worth it.
