Not sure about marmite, because I've always had vegemite. Easiest way to get into it is to heavily butter some toast and put like a quarter of that amount of vegemite on top. Sure it won't grow hair on your chest, but it's a start. If you spread it like nutella for your first time, you're a spaz.
