I'm eating natto now. It's rather boring to me, eating it strictly for the bacteria and vitamin K2. Tbh I don't even notice the natto anymore. But it's a fun challenge to try to make an interesting dish out of it. Today I threw in some crunchy bits (brazil nuts and raw garlic clove) to contrast the goop.
