This was about 10 years ago during the E3 Expo when /v/ was making all those comfy pillow fort threads.

I sat and watched E3 all day and ate 2 frozen pizzas, a box of Choco Tacos, and a 6 pack of cream soda.

This was over the course of 3-4 hours. I was probably close to 400 lbs at the time.

I did it for a year and lost over 100 lbs without ever setting foot in a gym.

I'm down from 360 lbs to 215 lbs in a little over a year.

It's not too late then to do it on your own.
I lost over 120 lbs in one years on keto.
If I can do it, you can do it.

If you have the willpower to cut carbs out of your diet, you can lose weight without surgery.

If you don't have the willpower to do that, then you will gain weight even after mutilating your stomach and intestines.

Keto does work.
I have lost 140 lbs so far and am still losing weight.

But bro you NEED to stop snacking in between meals.
You need to have 2 or 3 discrete meal times per day, and you only eat at those times, and not graze on shit all day long. You need to allow your digestive system time to rest in between meals.

I eat breakfast at 6am, dinner at 6pm, and that's it.
