after the kabobs were prepped, while i was waiting for it to be time to grill, i prepped for a monday night lasagna. wilted a giant pile of spinach, browned meat, made a sauce.

monday i grated 3lbs of motz, boiled the noodles, and then baked the lasagna. was an excellent way to combat the existential pain of a hungover monday.
