I'm incredibly biased because I'm Spanish. But I'd say yes.
If you want to taste Spanish cuisine you shouldn't limit yourself to paellas and jamón. Try stuff from all over the place; Fabada, Gachas, Salmorejo, Garbanzada, Pulpo a la Gallega and much more.
Also try the cheese and sausages like Butifarra and Morcilla. Dried meat too: Chorizo, Salchichón, etc.
