Hey /ck/,
I decided to give Alton Browns Roasted Chickpea recipe (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/roasted-chickpeas-recipe/index.html)) a try, and to my surprise, they're fucking delicious (and makes for a healthy snack too)! It's made me start to wonder... I've got a pound of dry baby lima beans in my pantry. Do you guys think it would work if I followed his recipe, but used the baby lima's instead? Or would it most likely end up in shit?

>mfw tasting them for the first time.
