m8 you can't go wrong with a noodle soup and greens. I love tossing spinach in because it wilts immediately and doesn't need any real cooking time, but of course leeks and cabbage are amazing with my klusk'. I'm a huge fan of kale but you actually have to cook that quite awhile first because it's so damned hardy. Good shit.

Glad you never got the 'vid, it's super fucking annoying but also if you're taking immunosuppressants it might have been even more annoying. Soup on goodfriend.

I posted a cookalong for kluski about a year ago but sadly I didn't save the text instructions only the photos, so JUST FOR YOU ANON I'm gonna take the liberty and do it all again from scratch. Because I believe in the healing and nurturing power of kluski.

Step 1: All you need is chicken stock, eggs, and flour. You can embellish with bacon, chicken, leeks, etc. But for today it's all about the kluski soup.

thanks anons! not to worry, there'll be some more cookalongs coming from me once I settle in. I have a couple new ideas an I quite enjoy committing to a whole thread with a completely untested idea. if it works, it works, if it doesn't it's still a thread I guess

and I'm doing okay, I just move a lot for work and this recent move was quite sudden so I'm in a new city squatting in a hotel trying to land a decent rental. it's only a matter of time, but yeah sucks ass that I haven't been able to cook for the last 7 weeks.

The ingredients you need are:
>2 x eggs
>All purpose flour
>Chicken broth or bouillon cubes
>Any veg of choice, I'm going more traditional with leek, but spinach, endive, or root vegetables work great here
>chicken, I'm using thigh because it's best
>one or two rashers of bacon
>salt and pepper
>one bay leaf (yes it does something)
