All gone, was a good 8/10. I thought I was going to have leftovers today, but the weather of the day inspired me to make this pasta dish instead. I woke up and it was cold like a nice fall day, but it ended in the high 70s like a warm summer day, and this dish is also like in between seasons, with the contrast of the fresh and cooked tomatoes. And like another summer come and gone, a season of tomatoes will soon be gone as well.
