Tabasco would be so much more popular if they discontinued the absolutely shitty original sauce and made Habanero the default. Chipotle and Green are great too but if you just get the original Tabasco to give it a try you don't want to try any other ones because it's just disgusting red vinegar

I made vegetarian chilli today (i'm not a vegetarian, just didn't have any meat). Pulled out all the secrets I've heard on the internet, and it turned out just ok. I used fish sauce, cocoa powder, sauteed the aromatics on a fairly high heat to get fond on the pot, used tallow, apple cider vinegar, spices and such. did most things the same as when i'd make it with meat, but it just didn't taste as good. is there any way around the lack of meat flavour or are vegetarian meals just doomed to be shittier?

Did you hear about the thousands and thousands of cows prematurely slaughtered with no outlet for the meat or dairy, all in the name of the secular Climate Change religion? The Netherlands accounts for about .43% of global CO2 emissions, but in the name of reducing even that, they put hundreds of farmers out of business.
