>Can I BYOB beer into Popeyes?

I’d guess not but some restaurants have these kinda “half liquor licenses” that allow patrons to bring in their own booze but the restaurant itself doesn’t sell any booze.

Years back, I took some friends to a Polish restaurant * here in metro Detroit named “Diana Restaurant”, which was rated four or five stars by the Detroit Free Press at the time and was run by a Polish grandma, her daughter and grand-daughter and while we were dining, another group came in and was seated next to us and they suddenly they whipped out bottles of vodka and wine with the restaurant providing the glasses and food. Had I known, we would have brought in some of our own booze.

Also, the entire place was decorated in pink and white.

* Pretty sure this is the place, though I can’t find any reviews so any links may be outdated. Anybody know?

>sum up your parents cooking with one image.

Of course if you'd have asked her to make meatloaf, spaghetti or any other "American" meal, mom would have fucked it up somehow...
