I fucking rage everytime I see raves about the hurrdurrcajunfries.

Went to Lockhart Smokehouse in Dallas. It was the absolute worst BBQ I've ever had and their sides sucked ass. $32 for .5 of moist brisket, 2 little sausage links, cole slaw, 3 deviled eggs, and 2 drinks.

The brisket had too much smoke on it and the bark was pure salt
The Kruez sausage was bland and literally had the texture of mashed potatoes inside
The sauce had a bunch of liquid smoke in it

Still pissed and that was on Saturday.
Must have been ignorant Dallas city hipsters overhyping shitty bbq.
