Try turkey meatballs with parmesan and basil. Use 2 dl of sourcream to swell the 2 dl of bread crumbs, sautee half a minced onion and add the hand-shredded basil for the last 10 seconds. Combine with 400 grams of ground turkey, add 1,5 tsp of salt and pepper, 2 dl of freshly grated parm, stir together vigorously and thoroughly to produce an uniform mass, cover, and leave in fridge for 1 hour. Take out, wet your hands and a spoon, pick spoonfuls of mass and roll them into balls with your hand. Pan-fry for 8 minutes per ball in a mix of olive oil and butter. Serve with fettucini and green pesto.
