This one is my favorite. It's made with habaneros so it's got decent heat, but it has a lot of flavorful ingredients along with it too and it seems to taste good on everything. It has a little sugar in it, but I think it's just a little bit to balance out the salt and vinegar because it doesn't really taste sweet.

I think that's because of the fairly rapid increase in popularity of hot sauces and people wanting more variety. Happened with craft beer too, there's a ton of craft beer that's worse than average macrobrews.

This is probably the best hot sauce I've ever tasted though. Has a decent flavor since it's got mustard, onions, spices, and a papaya base instead of just being vinegar/water. Tastes good on everything.
